You must notify us within 5 days of receipt that you would like to return the item and receive your reference number BEFORE shipping it. Any returns without the reference number cannot be accepted. You can choose between money back or a credit on the purchase of a different product. ALL item(S) must be unused or in a new condition.
Shipping charges, duties or custom fees are NOT refunded nor credited. ONLY purchase price and sales tax will be refunded. ALL shipping charges are paid by the customer including orders within the FREE shipping policy.
If your product is damaged in shipment you MUST notify us upon receipt. A replacement will be sent out immediately along with return labels for you to return the damaged item free of charge.
